EXCHANGE OR BUY-BACK

AN OUTLINE OF OUR POLICIES

Aurevella offers refined, precious and valuable fine lab based diamond jewellery. Our jewellery is crafted using certified diamonds and precious metals, reflecting thoughtful design, skilled workmanship, quality, and integrity.

As the proud owner of an Aurevella creation, we hope you always cherish your choice. If, however, you decide to change your mind for any reason permitted under this policy, Aurevella provides clearly defined options to support you. Every Aurevella policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and trust, without compromise.

AUREVELLA: CHOICES FOR CUSTOMERS

(1) RETURN & EXCHANGE
Aurevella provides eligible customers with the option to return or exchange jewellery within the stipulated time period, subject to the terms and conditions detailed herein.

(2) BUY-BACK
Aurevella may, at its sole discretion, approve the buy-back of eligible jewellery, allowing customers to receive monetary value based on prevailing market rates.

(1) RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return Timeframe

  • All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 5 to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests initiated after this period shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility

Return and Exchange requests shall be accepted only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The original purchase value of the jewellery is ₹20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) or below

  • The jewellery has been purchased directly from Aurevella

  • The jewellery is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

  • The original invoice and IGI certificate are produced

  • The return or exchange request is raised within 5–7 days of delivery

  • The jewellery successfully passes Aurevella’s Quality Inspection

Non-Eligibility

Return or Exchange shall not be permitted for:

  • Jewellery priced above ₹20,000

  • Requests made after 7 days from delivery

  • Made-To-Order jewellery

  • Customised, engraved, or personalised jewellery

  • Jewellery that is damaged, altered, or tampered with

  • Jewellery submitted without original documentation

Aurevella’s decision regarding eligibility shall be final and binding.

Refund (For Approved Returns)

  • Refunds shall be processed only after successful Quality Inspection

  • Labour charges, certification charges, GST, shipping, and handling costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds shall be initiated within 8–10 business days after approval

  • Refunds shall be made via the original mode of payment only

Exchange (If Approved)

  • Exchange value shall be calculated based on:

    • Prevailing diamond market value

    • Current metal rate on the date of inspection

  • Labour charges, certification fees, and GST already paid shall be deducted

  • Exchange value shall be issued as a Credit Note

  • Credit Note validity: 3 months from the date of issue

  • Credit Notes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash

Important Notice

Jewellery with an original purchase value exceeding ₹20,000 is strictly not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

(2) AUREVELLA BUY-BACK

  • 100% prevailing market value of precious metal

  • 75% prevailing market value of lab based diamonds

  • Subject to Aurevella’s approval and Quality Inspection

    SHIPPING, TRANSPORTATION & RISK

    • Aurevella does not provide pick-up or transportation for returns, exchanges, or buy-back

    • Customers are required to ship the jewellery to Aurevella’s registered office at their own cost and risk

    • Aurevella shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit until the jewellery is physically received at the registered office

    • Customers are strongly advised to use insured and traceable courier services

    GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
