Lab-grown diamonds are diamonds created in controlled laboratory environments that replicate the natural conditions under which diamonds form beneath the Earth’s surface. They are physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds.
Are Lab-Grown Diamonds real?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds. They share the same crystal structure of carbon atoms as natural diamonds. A diamond is defined by its composition—not by where it is formed.
Can you tell the difference between Lab-Grown and Natural Diamonds?
No. There is no visible difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds. Even experienced jewellers and gemologists cannot distinguish them with the naked eye or standard tools. Only advanced gemological equipment can identify their origin.
Are Lab-Grown Diamonds worth buying?

Yes. All Aurevella diamonds are IGI certified, ensuring authenticity, quality grading, and complete transparency.
Are Lab-Grown Diamonds the same as Moissanite or CZ?
No. Moissanite and Cubic Zirconia are diamond simulants, not diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same properties as mined diamonds.
Are Lab-Grown Diamonds durable?
Yes. Diamonds—whether lab-grown or natural—rank 10 on the Mohs Scale of Hardness, making them the hardest known natural material. They are extremely durable and ideal for everyday wear.
Do Lab-Grown Diamonds fade or lose sparkle over time?
No. Lab-grown diamonds do not fade, discolour, or lose brilliance. With proper care, their sparkle remains timeless.
Do all Lab-Grown Diamonds look the same?

Yes. Returns are available only for jewellery priced at ₹20,000 or below, subject to eligibility and quality inspection.
Is exchange available?
Yes. Exchange is permitted only for jewellery priced at ₹20,000 or below. Jewellery above this value is not eligible for exchange.
Are returns or exchanges allowed for jewellery above ₹20,000?
No. Jewellery priced above ₹20,000 is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Does Aurevella offer buy-back?
Yes. Aurevella offers a Lifetime Buy-Back facility on eligible jewellery.
How is the buy-back value calculated?

Labour charges, certification fees, GST, and other incidental costs are non-refundable.
How long does buy-back processing take?
Approved buy-back payments are processed within 8–10 business days via the original payment method.
SHIPPING & TRANSPORTATION
Does Aurevella arrange jewellery pickup?
Yes. We can arrange insured pickup through authorised logistics partners at a charge of ₹1,000 per shipment.
Can I ship the jewellery myself?
Yes, but Aurevella is not responsible for loss or damage if self-shipping is chosen.
